Background

The City of Loveland utilizes the Alert Tracking Systems which is a record management system for Police Department along with being a Computer Aided Dispatch software.  The software is maintained and supported by Intellitech Corporation. The software allows for storage, retrieval, retention, manipulations, documentation and viewing of information, records, documents, or files pertaining to law enforcement operations.

 

The Alerts system allows for information to flow from dispatch to all facets of the city’s public safety.  The software is a valuable tool as it allows for the sharing of information, populating of reports which reduces human error along with interfacing with our Mayor’s Court for case information.

 

The City of Milford utilizes the city’s Alert Tracking System and contributes a financial share.  The inclusion of Milford benefits both communities as it allows for a seamless sharing of criminal information which has proven valuable during investigations.

The total cost of the annual renewal is $25,291.88 and shared proportionally as shown on the attached invoice.
