WHEREAS, Intellitech Corporation, formally Alerts Public Safety Solutions, has provided the Alerts Records Management software for the City of Loveland Police Department since 2007; and

 

WHEREAS, the City wishes to extend the existing license and maintenance services for an additional year at a cost of $25,291.88; and

 

WHEREAS, funds for this service are already identified and available in the 2019 Operating Budget.

 

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT by the Council of the City of Loveland, Hamilton, Clermont and Warren County, Ohio:

 

Section 1.               The City Manager is hereby directed to and authorized to make payment to Intellitech Corporation, for the annual renewal of the Alerts Records Management software license and maintenance in an amount not to exceed $25,291.88.

 

              Section 2.               Council hereby finds and determines that all formal actions relative to the passage of this legislation were taken in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council and of its committees, if any, which resulted in formal action, were taken in meetings open to the public, in full compliance with applicable legal requirements, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.

 

              Section 3.               That this resolution shall take effect from and after the earliest time allowed by law.
